The project is to refurbish 13No. existing dayrooms in occupied wards on two separately located campuses. The works generally will consist of minor demolition, limited partitioning, replacement of floor coverings, decoration to walls and ceilings, installation of hospital specific accessories to walls. Both Campuses will be run in parallel.
