Overview
Waitemata District Health Board is calling for Registrations of Interest from Main Contractors for the complete refurbishment of Building 5 to provide one floor for an outpatients department and two upper floors of office accommodation at the North Shore Hospital campus.
A selection of Preliminary plans are attached for information.
The scope of work includes:
• Full internal refurbishment
• Structural work
• New building services
• New lift construction and installation
• Exterior façade upgrade
• New windows
