Waitemata District Health Board is calling for Expressions of Interest from organisations with expertise and experience to provide Project Management Services to provide management of an Asbestos Management Plan.
The project is to manage the following;
• Implementation and management of an Asbestos Management Plan (Whole Campus)
• To manage the complete removal or encapsulation of all asbestos products
• Control access to all staff and asbestos contractors involved in the removal or encapsulation
• Management of the disruption process for areas in stages 1, 2 and 3
• Maintain and update the Asbestos Registers for Stages 1, 2 and 3
• Ensure the findings of the asbestos reports are included in any tender/EOI documentation for consultants and contractors pricing works on site.
