A.1.2 Invitation to Submit Proposal
On behalf of the Principal, we are inviting proposals to design and construct the works of the above-named Contract.
The Contract Works include design and construction of a new Totara River Suspension Bridge for use by cyclists and pedestrians, and a light maintenance vehicle, and are described in more detail below.
Proposals for the Contract must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the conditions of proposals in A.2.
A valid proposal requires the submission of the items in the checklist in B.1 signed where indicated by an authorised representative of the proposer.
