The West Coast Regional Council (“Council”) is preparing a Combined District Plan, Te Tai o Poutini Plan (TTPP) for the three West Coast Districts – Buller, Grey and Westland.
The Council is seeking proposals from experienced Arc GIS practitioners to provide services to Map all Zones, Overlays, Schedules and other mapped features to meet the National Planning Standards, and to test the Isovist e-planning interface and upload all maps to the platform. End user testing will also be required.
This work, once uploaded to the Isovist e-planning platform, will form an important part of the publicly available and searchable combined district plan for the West Coast, Te Tai o Poutini Plan.
It is anticipated that this work will be undertaken over 13 months 1 June 2021 to 30 June 2022.
