This Request for Tender aims to engage a contractor to build on an agreed landscape design for a path on the southern slope leading to Tangi Te Keo (the summit of Mt Victoria).

The site is part of Wellington Town Belt, Section 6 SO 476360, southern slope to the Richard Byrd Memorial between Lookout Road and Alexandra Road, Mount Victoria. A landscape development option has been created that includes a landscape that has planting elements, potential storytelling and moves people across the slope in a manner that is safer for movement.
