Overview
The Civic Administration Building (CAB) site is situated in the south-west corner of the Te Ngākau Civic Precinct and will be redeveloped; however, the appointed Developer needs to continue the necessary design and planning work for the proposed building.
Whilst due diligence is conducted, WCC will temporarily activate this site to create a vibrant and exciting space in the heart of our city and therefore seeks a Creative Designer with Placemaking experience to develop a Concept Design.
