Overview

Wellington City Council seeks to engage a suitably qualified and experienced multi-disciplinary design team (MDDT) to:

• complete the preliminary, developed and detailed design of the upgrade of Grenada North Park, Wellington
• apply for all consents required (WCC & GR)
• prepare all detailed construction drawings
• support the procurement of the main contractor
• support during the construction phase
• post construction support (defects liability period)

This MDDT team will consist of the following disciplines:

• Landscape architecture
• Engineering (civil, geotechnical, electrical, three waters, structural)
• Consent planning
• WCC preferred Artificial and Natural Turf Suppliers.

Site visits.

Site visits will be conducted to afford an opportunity for interested parties to inspect the park. The site visit is open only to those suppliers who register. Tenderers wishing to attend a site visit must register with the Point of Contact via the GETS Q&A section. When registering, please include the following details:
