This RFP seeks a Main Contractor with relevant experience in land fill / civil construction to construct two SLEPO cells at the Southern Landfill.

This is a two envelope RFP so pricing must be submitted separately and the successful Main Contractor will be engaged under an ECI contract until early 2025 when construction will proceed under a NZS3910.
