Overview
This Request for Tender (RFT) is an invitation to suitably qualified suppliers to submit a Tender for slope remediation services.
Wellington City Council (WCC) is wishing to carry out slope remedial works outside properties 27-29 Sutherland Crescent, Melrose in Wellington.
The remedial works include the construction of an anchored shotcrete wall and rockfall netting to repair and retain the existing slope which failed in August 2022.
In addition, WCC requires construction of an access path to properties 27-29 Sutherland Crescent.
