Wellington City Council (WCC) is a local government authority which is committed to delivering high performing regulatory services for all of its customers and residents.
Our building control function exists to support safe, healthy and durable buildings for Wellington. To help us meet this commitment, the team relies on a submission portal and workflow software to support the end-to-end processing of building consents, code compliance certificates and other building control-related certifications.
Our existing Solution has been in use since 2018 and WCC seeks to replace it with a more modern, flexible solution that is better able to evolve, adapt and integrate to meet WCC’s aspiration to be a first-in-class building control authority.
We are seeking an end-to-end solution that will deliver a seamless customer experience across all of our building control related functions.
