Overview
Begonia House, situated in the Botanical Gardens, is in need of a range of upgrades. In order to understand the scope of the required upgrades and the potential costs, an initial survey and condition assessment is required.
WCC are therefore seeking quotes from suitable suppliers to complete the initial surveys, with the likelihood being that this provider will then move on to the provision of design services for the chosen upgrade options.
The preferred supplier will be invited to submit formal pricing for the future works following successful completion of the initial scope of works.
