Overview

Wellington City Council (WCC) has a requirement to collect and update building condition and component data to support development of asset management and long-term plans in June 2023. The following key objectives have been identified:
• Collect up-to-date building asset component data and associated building and component information.

We require an external provider to provide the capability and capacity to collect and deliver the building component data required to meet our specified outcomes.

WCC is using SPM Assets software for collection and storage of the required data. The Scope of Services and requirements is included in Appendix 3 of this document. We have also included a list of buildings to be surveyed (Appendix 4) and a Component Reference Library (Appendix 5) to assist with your response.

This is a data collection exercise, and the collected data would be WCC IP. Access to data ongoing is through SPM – which will need to exist regardless of this contract. The preferred supplier will need to either supply data directly into our system or supply us data in a format that can be uploaded to SPM.
