Wellington City Council (WCC) is seeking information from the market on an appropriate engagement and delivery model for physical works relating to the Transitional Cycleways and Minor Works Programmes, and associated Civil and Infrastructure Construction
Through this Market Engagement and Request for Information (RFI), WCC is seeking guidance from the market on how to procure, contract and deliver the following construction services:
1. Transitional Cycleways - Streetscape and Cycleways
2. Minor Works Programme - Road Safety Improvement Works
WCC current thinking is to potentially establish a panel of suitably skilled and qualified providers who have the range of skills that will be required. Participation in the RFI stage is to inform the subsequent RFP stage and ensure that the contractual arrangements meet both the market and Council’s needs.
