We are a group of New Zealand public libraries (referred to in the rest of the document as the ‘Buyer’) who have been part of a Syndicated Service Agreement (SSA) since 2014 for the supply of library materials and related additional services. For the purposes of this procurement and SSA, the group of libraries is led by Wellington City Library (WCL).
This RFP invites suitably experienced suppliers with the capability and capacity to supply, process and manage library material and associated services to submit a response.
This is also an opportunity for specialist collections suppliers to make themselves known to the syndicate. Responses from specialist suppliers would be considered for agreements on similar commercial terms using the evaluation framework as set out in the RFP, but would be engaged by individual libraries outside of the syndicated agreement.
