Overview
You are invited to submit your interest to operate the café at WRAC and to be a partner to Wellington City Council.
In this RFP we are looking to explore your vision for the café and the model you are proposing to use to run the business.
This is a one stage process to select the preferred operator.
We will focus on the capability of interested respondents, looking at your experience, service offering, and your willingness to work in partnership with the facility.
The RFP will focus on the capability of respondents as well as the commercial offering; how your proposal will bring the best value to the Council (by way of rent) and to the customers.
