What we require
Wellington City Council (the Council) has a business unit (DigiHub) dedicated to the preservation of Council information through scanning/digitisation. The Council currently leases a suite of production scanning equipment (hardware, software, peripherals) for the provision of digitisation services to all of Council (including Wellington City Archives) via the DigiHub team.
We are currently looking at future options for delivering this service, noted below:
Option 1: Purchase equipment suite required to deliver scanning/digitisation services;
Option 2: Lease equipment suite required to deliver scanning/digitisation services;
Option 3: Outsource scanning/digitisation work to a suitably qualified vendor.
Wellington City Council seeks an innovative partnership with a provider of quality digitisation services that deliver any, or all of the options listed above. We wish to work with providers of high quality production scanning equipment and/or scanning/digitisation services.
