Tenders for the strengthening of the exisitng seawall located opposite 106-132 Lyall Paraade, Lyall Bay will be issued on Monday 20 January 2020, closing Friday 14 February 2020.
The works will comprise:
• Underpinning of the existing seawall and tying the new foundation to the existing seawall;
• Patch repair works to the cracking and spalling damage on the existing seawall;
• Removal and reinstatement of the existing footpath;
• Cleaning of seawall and graffiti.
