Overview

The purpose of the request for proposal is to invite interested parties to submit a response to provide Wellington City Council (WCC) with a solution that delivers a replacement bookings and membership management functionality.

We need to provide a replacement solution that will assist us to engage with our customers across current communication modes and by doing so will support them in using and enjoying our recreational services.

Primarily, the new solution will allow customers across a variety of communication devices to book into classes and programmes (e.g. swim school lessons, recreational classes, and personal training sessions), manage recreational resource bookings (e.g. court hire, birthday parties, venue hire and sports field bookings), and manage associated membership programmes (e.g. gym and swim memberships). Customers will be able to access self-serve functionality via online capability.

The new solution for managing our bookings and membership can be a part of our customer centric, people designed solution to creating better, smarter experiences that will benefit all Wellingtonians.
