The Michael Fowler Centre (MFC) is an iconic building located in the Civic Campus in Wellington. It is used for live performances, and a diverse range of events. The 2,440 auditorium seats are now reaching an end of life state and require planned replacement programme over concurrent years.
The MFC, as part of Venues Wellington, aims to deliver an outstanding events programme befitting New Zealand’s most vibrant city region. This will only be achieved by being able to provide world class venues, able to cater for all client’s needs and able to promote and achieve their vision. Renewing the auditorium seating provides a wow factor as guests enter the auditorium, while providing them comfort when watching a performance and contribute to making it a memorable experience.
This project is anticipated to be delivered as a turnkey solution, encompassing all project orientated facets (e.g. design, procurement, removal & installation) to deliver the final solution under a single engagement with the successful party.
