The scope of work under the proposed contract includes:
• the provision of technical facility services in PWV’s venues including but not limited to; rigging, audio visual, sound and lighting;
• specialised theatre production technical services;
• supervision of assets and technical workers at all times technical services are provided in a PWV venue and deemed by the Director of Operations & Safety to require direct supervision;
• the provision of technical sales and event coordination support through to seamless delivery;
• the provision of fixed and transferrable assets as described in Schedule 1;
• ensuring NZ legislative compliance is met in ALL electrical equipment, elevated lifting platforms, and other specialised technical equipment operated in PWV venues; including the test and tagging of all PWV office, cleaning and operations electrical equipment; and
• an ability to work with a wide range of external clients and production crews and coordinate with other suppliers.

Note that this is a brief overview of the proposed contract and the scope of work. More details will be included in the RFT documents provided to those Applicants invited to submit tenders as a result of this EOI process.
