Overview

The Waikato Regional Council (WRC) was established in 1989 and is responsible for a wide range of activities focused on strengthening regional performance and prosperity, which in turn make a significant contribution to New Zealand’s overall wellbeing. The WRC has a wide role in managing its many responsibilities and is required to provide catering for a range of different functions. These functions include Council meetings, Committee meetings, Subcommittee meetings, Workshops, hearings etc. These meetings/hearings/workshops can include politicians from both local and central Government, senior management from WRC and other organisations, staff and the general public. Therefore it is important to the WRC that caterers are able to cater for these wide ranging groups.

What we need
Proposals are invited from suitably experienced caterers for the provision of corporate catering services for meetings and other functions held by the WRC for the period 1 July 2022 to 30 June 2023, with the possibility of a further two additional 12-month rights of renewal.
