Overview

Waikato Regional Council is at a point where our understanding about what organisational culture is, how it is formed and what influences it has matured. We have developed an updated plan with a primary focus on developing and growing the mindsets of our people to lead themselves and others within an environment that empowers them to be their best. Council is looking for a credible and innovative provider(s) with proven capability and experience in providing advice and professional services with regard to:
- Creation of materials for use in Leadership Development and Management Essentials Programmes;
- Facilitation of Leadership Development and Management Essentials Programme workshops; and/or;
- Training internal facilitators to deliver Leadership Development and Management Essentials Programme workshops;
- Provision of a 360-degree feedback survey tool;
- Training internal staff on the interpretation of 360-degree feedback survey results and how to debrief and share results with participants;
- Provision of an organisational culture survey tool; and
- Training internal staff on the interpretation of culture survey results and how to debrief and share results with the organisation.
