The standard of cleaning reflects an image for the Council. The Council facilities are in the public eye and cleanliness affects customer satisfaction and the public’s overall view of Council. Equally clean surroundings for Council staff assists in enhancing the work environment.
The objective of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to identify a contractor, or contractors, who will provide a high level of service at competitive market rates while continually demonstrating proactive management of its cleaning staff to ensure the desired cleaning outcomes are achieved.
In this RFP, the Council seeks Responses from service providers that specialise in the provision of cleaning services. The Council will establish a contractual relationship with a contractor or contractors that will provide these cleaning services.
This RFP provides the basis of selection and negotiation for that relationship
