Overview
Waikato Regional Council (Council) invites tenders for Mangawhero Pump Station (PS) Replacement.
This Tender is to construct the replacement of the Mangawhero PS that was originally built in 1960s. This is an opportunity to be part of Council’s upgrade of its flood protection assets, which are vital to protecting our Waikato communities. Mangawhero PS is located in Aka Aka on the eastern side of the Waikato River, within the Lower Waikato Zone which covers an area that accounts for 20 percent of the Waikato River catchment area.
The anticipated start date for this contract is January 2021.
Tenders received from Tenderers who do not attend the compulsory site inspection will not be evaluated by Council.
