Waikato Regional Council are undertaking a complete systems transformation process (referred to as Project Reboot), replacing our current Financials, Budgeting and Planning, Property and Rating, HR and Assets solutions with Infor’s CloudSuite Public Sector solution.
Council are seeking to source and integrate a payroll software solution with CloudSuite Public Sector, whether this be a fully outsourced service or a cloud based payroll software solution managed by Waikato Regional Council.
Through Project Reboot we intend to transform how we operate, through the use of processes and enabling systems that are easy to use, provide ready access to information and provide security that the integration points will be seamless, secure and provide data integrity.
This RFP describes our functional requirements at a detailed level. We have also described our overall vision for Project Reboot.
While we have described the initial scope of this proposal, we also wish to explore any future capabilities that may present further opportunities. We are extremely interested in your vision for your solutions that will help us transform the way we operate.
Waikato Regional Council is looking for a long-term payroll partner who will help transform our systems and processes into the 21st century.
