This Call for Registrations of Interest is for membership on a Preferred Supplier Panel to provide technical and field assessments of erosion and sediment control relating to resource consents and the Waikato Regional Plan. In Particular:
1. Reviewing proposed erosion and sediment control plans;
2. Undertaking site inspections of erosion and sediment controls in accordance with guidelines, best practice and approved erosion and sediment control plans for resource consents;
3. Monitoring and auditing resource consents related to earthworks and related construction projects;
4. Undertaking site inspections when required to assist for assessment of non-compliance; and
5. Recommending any enforcement action as a result of non-compliance for activities related to soil disturbance.
