Overview
In order to become an even better place to work and to enable our organisation to deliver on its mission of working together to build a Waikato region that has a healthy environment, a strong economy and vibrant communities Council needs to undertake a piece of work to:
- Understand exactly what its current organisational culture is
- Identify what its desired organisational culture is
- Determine the gap between the current and desired organisational culture
- Develop a programme to bridge the gap between the current and desired organisational culture.
