This RFT is seeking an transport model supplier to operate and maintain the Waikato Regional Transportation Model on behalf of the seven local authorities and NZTA (the Model Partners) in the Waikato Region. The WRTM is owned by Local Authority Shared Services Ltd (LASS) and is letting the Model Supplier Contract on behalf of the Model Partners.
LASS is seeking tenders from consultancies / teams that are able to:
- undertake transport modelling experience using the TRACKS model suite.
- provide a senior consultant in Hamilton for the life of the model.
- meet the requirements of NZTA's Transport Model Development Guidelines (October 2014).
The contract will be for a period of 3 years commencing in February 2016, with two additional years at the discretion of LASS.
