We are looking for a range of professional services from an individual or organisation with experience in vertical infrastructure constructure, with preference for experience in sports and event centre construction, and in working on behalf of local government. These individual(s) or organisation(s) will support the project team to ensure the facility meets our community needs and maximise the value and contribution to our community, both during the construction phase and for the life of the asset.

The key objective(s) of this procurement is to secure specialist services in the following areas to support the project team with:
•Procurement.
• Design Peer Review of:
o Structural engineering,
o Air handling,
o Acoustic engineering,
o Fire engineering,
o Sports user needs (including flooring),
o Accessibility,
o Lighting,
o Vehicle and pedestrian movement.
• Engineers Representative for NZS3916:2013 contract.
• Quantity survey.
