Wairoa District Council wishes to engage a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to replace the existing road culvert over the Waiwhara Stream on Nukutaurua Road with a new double box culvert. A contractor will need to be engaged that is capable of both the detailed structural design and the construction of the precast concrete box culvert sections and headwall sections in accordance with the provided Specimen Design drawings and Performance Specification.
