HNZ Waikato is upgrading the Molecular laboratory in the Waiora building. Part of the Project will be to build a new office area for the Theatre Administration Team and Relocate them from Level 3 to Level 4 in Waiora. This specific opportunity will undertake to reconfigure the existing space in order to provide additional offices, a meeting room, a storeroom, a tearoom, breakout room and the relocation of the debriefing room for simulation.
