The plan is to purchase a HIPEC system that has the ability to warm the fluid to a temperature of between 38 – 47 Degrees celsius (in 0.1 increments) with an adjustable flowrate of 0-1000ml/min. The system is required to have temperature monitoring of inflow perfusate and abdominal cavity with an ability to function with both open and closed surgical procedures.
