Waikato DHB is looking to improve their planning, budgeting and forecasting processes, and seeks to procure enabling technology and services to this end.
Currently, Waikato DHB uses a number of legacy tools to manage their planning, budgeting and forecasting.
The business problem is summarised as follows:
• Inability to plan effectively, hold areas to account based on logic and data driven from clinical volumes, and to understand variances.
• Inability to fully utilise data and information already held.
• Continuing to hold decision makers to account with poor information they do not understand.
• Not providing financial and performance tools which are fit for purpose and up to good practice standard related to financial and performance analysis.
Our vision is for a budgeting and forecasting toolset to support business planning, and we are seeking registrations of interest from suitably qualified respondents.
