Waikato District Health Board (DHB) is seeking information for the implementation and use of an Enterprise Solution with inbuilt patient administration system (PAS) functionality. This is to gather market intelligence to help inform a technology road map and business case development. Respondents capable of delivering the solution, and other interested parties, are invited to respond to this RFI. You may choose to respond to only some or all of the questions.
This RFI is for information purposes only: it will not be evaluated, and will not be used to create a short list or result in a contract award. However, it is an excellent opportunity to provide early input into our planning that could result in a subsequent procurement process.

This RFI is for you if:
 You offer Patient Administration System (PAS) functionality or an equivalent offering.
 Your solution offering is secure and auditable.
 You offer a mobile-ready solution that runs on more than one technology platform.
 You understand the challenges prevalent in today’s healthcare environment, and can offer a value-for-money enterprise solution that shapes Waikato DHB for the future.

This RFI is NOT for you if:
Your solution has multiple hidden costs. Capability should be primarily out-of-the-box or configurable without redevelopment effort.
