Waikato District Health Board is looking to identify Suppliers that can partner with the DHB to guide the DHB with regards to its use and support of Oracle HRIS PeopleSoft and the approach the DHB takes to managing its Employment Relations, Human Resources, Timesheet-entry and Payroll functions. In addition, the DHB is seeking a Supplier that can provide skilled and experienced PeopleSoft consultants including programme managers, project managers, change managers, administrators, developers, analysts, testers, SQL DBAs and any other required PeopleSoft resources that may be required to resolve outstanding process and systems issues, upgrade the system, implement new functions when required, and train and develop internal DHB staff to do the same.
