The project requires a capable contractor that will undertake, manage and co-ordinate all works associated with this project. The work involves:

1. Removal of 3x redundant fans and seal wall openings
2. Construct a temporary partition wall
3. Overhaul and service 2x fans
4. Reinstate and commission fans
5. Removal temporary partition wall
6. Repaint of floor and structure
7. Install new external louvres

The fans are located in the plant room of the Waiora Building.

As site visit is essential to fully understand the scope of work.
