This Tender is for the design, supply and construction of the vertical structures at the new Parks Depot facility located at 1599 Alexandra Street, Te Awamutu.
SEP A – Enclosed Depot Building (SEP A): Design, supply and construction of the fully enclosed Depot building for the storage of Parks and Reserves vehicles, plant, machinery and operational equipment, including all associated building services and ancillary works required for a complete and operational
facility.
SEP B – Office Building (SEP B): Design, supply and construction of the office and administration building, including all associated building services and ancillary works required for a complete and operational facility.
