The Registration of Interest (ROI) for pre-qualification is being issued by Waipa District Council (‘Council’) to identify contractors capable of delivering construction works associated with the following project stages and to shortlist up to five contractors:
• Stage 1: Hautapu Road Urbanisation Works, including:
o Pavement reconstruction, construction of kerb and channel, drainage, intersection
improvements from Peake Road Intersection to 21 Hautapu Road (2026/2027 season)
o Construction of water supply reticulation from SH1B Victoria Road along Hautapu Road to the Haukiwi development site and along Hannon Road to Parakiwai Road.
o Construction of a wastewater rising main from the proposed wastewater pumpstation at the Haukiwi development along Hautapu and Hannon Roads to Parakiwai Road.

• Stage 2: Works from 21 Hautapu Road to the proposed roundabout at the SH1B Victoria Road / Hautapu Road intersection (timing to be confirmed)
