Overview
The Matos Segedin Drive Subdivision, located at 25a Matos Segedin Drive, Leamington, Cambridge, is a light industrial development consisting of a proposed resource recovery centre, an animal shelter, a parks depot, and an empty lot. This contract is for Stage One of the development and includes:
• Earthworks to create level sites and fill to cover the existing rapid infiltration beds, including mitigation of effects from contaminated land,
• Upgrade of the southern accessway to a sealed surface and construction of a new internal road,
• Installation of water, wastewater and stormwater services
• Installation of power and telecom service ducting.
