Waipā District Council is now progressing to Phase Two of the procurement process, inviting shortlisted Contractors from the ROI to submit detailed proposals for delivering arboriculture services across the district. This phase requires Tenderers to provide comprehensive methodologies, pricing structures, and operational plans demonstrating their ability to maintain Council’s tree asset network while meeting required Levels of Service (LoS).
Contractors must outline how they will:
• Deliver arboriculture services effectively and efficiently over the contract term.
• Ensure high standards of health, safety, and environmental management.
• Provide value-for-money solutions while maintaining service quality.
• Engage with local suppliers and Subcontractors.
• Deliver broader community benefits, including employment and sustainability initiatives.
