Overview
Waipa District Council will shortly be seeking tenders from qualified suppliers/contractors to design, supply, deliver, and provide commissioning support for a submerged membrane filtration system at the Alpha Street Water
Treatment Plant (WTP) in Cambridge. This critical infrastructure upgrade will replace the aging conventional clarifier/media filter system with a modern, resilient membrane-based process capable of handling variable raw water conditions, including high turbidity events (>10 NTU) typical of Waikato River sourced water.
This contract is expected to be advertised in mid-May. No documentation will be available until the contract is advertised. There will not be an opportunity to ask questions until the contract is advertised.
