A Registration of Interest (ROI) request will shortly be issued by the Waipā District Council (‘Council’) for prequalification purposes, to identify Contractor(s) capable of delivering arboricultural services for Council’s tree asset network – currently 12,964 trees. The trees covered in the current contract are located throughout nine communities, namely urban street trees, urban parks and rural reserves. As the current maintenance contract is expiring, Waipā District Council is inviting arboricultural contractors experienced in delivering similar contracts successfully, to participate in an Open Tender process.
This is an opportunity to be part of Council’s vision for the wellbeing of its community by ensuring they benefit from urban street, park and rural reserve trees that are well maintained on a timely basis.
We anticipate publishing the ROI documents in mid-March.
