Waipa District Council invites tenders for Vaile Court Development – Site and Building Works.
There are existing pensioner housing units on site, this project is to increase the number of units by 10. This Tender is for earthworks, foundation construction, installation of utility services, construction of 10 new single bedroom, housing for the elderly units, construction of carparking, paving and landscaping at the corner of Thompson Street and Shakespeare Street, Leamington.
The removal of trees from the site, relocation of existing utility services to existing housing units and construction of a new entrance and pathway will precede this contract.
