We are seeking an experienced, skilled and qualified party to manage and operate the Karāpiro Lake Domain (KLD) Management Contract on behalf of Council in alignment to the Contract. The successful vendor will be able to demonstrate strong linkage to the Waipā community.
KLD is considered a strategically important asset of Council, and delivering upon the need to both maintain and enhance levels of service at KLD is important to Council. It is accepted that Council is not resourced for
the in-house expertise to deliver site management coupled with event management, facilities coordination, stakeholder coordination, accommodation management and modern, and evolving regulatory requirements on this specific site.
