Waipa District Council is looking for a provider for the cleaning of a number of their council facilities, including the Te Awamutu and Cambridge offices and other public and support buildings within the District. This RFP relates to the purchase of quality cleaning services of our offices and public facilities. The key outcomes that we want to achieve is to provide facilities to the public and our staff that are clean, to have contractors who are responsive to cleaning issues and who can provide a consistent standard of service. Respondents must register for a site inspection, details are in the RFP document.
