The Wellington Institute of Technology (WelTec) and Whitireia New Zealand (Whitireia) have joined together in a Strategic Partnership to strengthen and grow their network provision of high quality tertiary education in New Zealand.One of the key strategies is to consolidate and improve the facilities for students by creating Integrated Campuses focussed in four locations; Auckland, Petone, Porirua and Wellington City.

We would like to select a single preferred provider (or consortium) under a Strategic Relationship for its current and forward works programme; including support of the ongoing Capital Asset Maintenance programme across the property portfolio. The construction projects that support this Strategic Relationship will be delivered in phases over the next ten years starting with a Centre of Excellence for the Creative Industries in the Wellington CBD.
