Te Herenga Waka—Victoria University of Wellington intends to approach the market for an interactive teaching and learning engagement solution.
The solution will support activities such as live polling, questions and answers, quizzes, student feedback and real-time interaction.
The University is seeking a solution that is accessible, intuitive, reliable and scalable; suitable for in-person, online and hybrid teaching; capable of supporting large teaching cohorts; and supported by appropriate implementation, training and ongoing support services.
The full Request for Proposal (RFP) is expected to be published on GETS on Thursday, 6 August 2026.
This Advance Notice is for market-planning purposes only. Suppliers should not submit proposals in response to this notice. Any subsequent contract award remains subject to business case approval, funding approval and all required internal University approvals.
