University Accommodation, Wellington comprises a network of diverse accommodation buildings housing approximately 2,500 students attending Te Herenga Waka - Victoria University of Wellington.

The cleaning services are an integral part of our accommodation operation. We are reviewing the cleaning services across all halls of residence to establish a consistent high standard of cleaning service and operation across the accommodation portfolio.

This is the 2nd stage of a two-stage process from service providers shortlisted from the ROI stage.
