Victoria University, Information Technology Services (ITS) are seeking information from suppliers who can assist with the installation, transfer, configuration and ongoing maintenance for the replacement of the current file, block and research storage systems. Options are also sought to change the current tape backup procedures to potentially eliminate the need for tape storage.
Respondents may wish to offer a plan to replace modules of the current data storage arrays or backup hardware. All options will include a storage solutions “roadmap” for the next 5 plus years.
